This adorable toddler dress coat is done by the boutique vendor, Little Star. Itisn't a real heavy or bulky coat, but will work very nicely over dress clothes. The faux fur collar is removable and the pockets and waist are trimmed with ribbon and rhinestones. 100% polyester, but feels like a soft wool/cotton.
